The Lancer men's cross country team finished fifth overall at the CIS Championships on Saturday in St. John's, Newfoundland. 

Corey Bellemore was the first Lancer across the line, finishing the race in a time of 34:10.6. Dave Meloche and Matt Traveglini cross the finish line together with times of 35:20.4 and 35:20.8, respectively. 

Rounding out Windsor's scorers included Jordan Collison (35:56.0) and Paul Janikowski (36:01.0).

On the women's side, Stefanie Smith finished the course 22nd overall in a time of 24:13.8.
