Windsor Lancers

Coach Qawwas enters his third season as an assistant coach with the Lancer Football program.

Badi joined the Lancers after a long coaching stint with the Windsor AKO Fratmen of the Canadian Junior Football League.

He played his high school football at F.J. Brennan and then moved on to play with Windsor AKO, gaining All-Canadian status in 1996 as an offensive lineman.

Badi joined the AKO coaching staff in 1997 and remained there until 2006.

In his final two seasons with the Fratmen, he was the Assistant Head Coach as well as the Offensive Coordinator. During that same time period, Badi has been the Head Football Coach at Essex District High School.

During the spring, Coach Qawwas doubles as the Head Coach for the track and field program at Essex.
