Varsity Athletics Mental Health Counsellor

- Availability: Mondays and Wednesdays (both in-person and virtual sessions)
- To book an appointment: Complete intake information with the Student Counselling Centre (scc@uwindsor, 519-253-3000, ext 4616). The intake coordinator is instructed to assign student-athletes seeking therapy to their caseload, but students can also specifically ask to see them. The full options available to students, including group therapy, single-session offerings, and short-term individual therapy are all outlined on the Counselling Centre’s website.
Campus-Based Professional Counselling
- For students on campus that may need mental health support, the Student Counselling Centre or the Student Health Services are available

Peer Support Office
- Drop-in centre where students from across campus can find a supportive peer to talk to. It’s a safe and inclusive space where trained peer support volunteers offer peer counselling to students.
