Windsor Lancers

Coach Taffinder enters his 11th season as an assistant coach for the Lancer Football program.

During his tenure with the Lancers, Brian has coached a variety of areas including the running backs, offensive line an special teams.

He came to the University of Windsor in 1998 following thirteen years with the Windsor AKO Fratmen Junior Football prgoram where he served as the offensive line coach.

Coach Taffinder handled the running backs in his first year with the Lancers and then spent two seasons with the offensive line.

As a player, his career began at AKO and moved from the Fratmen to Bowling Green State Universityl Follwing his playing career, he spent much of his time in pro hockey and pro lacrosse as a trainer.

Currently, Coach Taffinder coordinates the Lancer video and scouting program.
