Spencer Linwood is entering his first season as Director of Basketball Operations for the Lancer men's basketball program.

Providing constant support behind the scenes, his principal objectives are to ensure that the program is presented at the highest level, is perceived positively, and reaches a greater audience.

With program integrity and community development as core values, Spencer uses his tremendous passion to promote sharing and education through avenues such as the annual Can-Am On-Court Coach Clinic and the ongoing COBA Development Blog.

When not assisting the program, he is a business development manager, president of a community basketball club program, and happily married father of four active kids.
