Coach Milne serves as a Sprints coach with the Lancer Track & Field program.

She joined the Lancers coaching staff following the completion of her PhD in Sport and Exercise Psychology.

The former Lancer standout was a member of the 1995 and 1996 CIS Championship teams where she won four medals, including two golds in the 4x400 relay in 1995 and 4x200 relay in 1996.

While completing her PhD at the University of Western Ontario, Marcia worked as a sport psychology consultant for both the track and field teams as well as the women's hockey team.

She is also a fully certified massage therapist, having graduated from Kikkawa College in 2000 and has worked as a therapist for York, Western and the Canadian National Basketball program.

Marica has also coached in the past with the Windsor Legion Track and Field team from 1996-1998 and is Level 1 certified.
