Windsor Lancers

Nathan Lennie is an assistant coach specializing in throws with the Lancer Track and Field Team.

A former hammer thrower and shot putter with the Lancers, Lennie brings a wide breadth of experience to the program having worked with and mentored under some of the best coaches in the country and some of the best in the world. 

Lennie has coached in the University ranks for seven years and the club system for 13 years. During that time, he has helped his OUA athletes set 27 school records in his tenure. 

He returns to the Lancer program from Western Canada where he was the Provincial High Performance Coach and Mentor Coach for Saskatchewan Athletics. 

His insight from the administrative and coaching sides has increased his knowledge of the sport and help create a winning philosophy. 

Coach Lennie says that he is “excited and honoured to be a part of such an incredible and successful program” and is truly happy to be back in Windsor to continue on the winning tradition.
