Matt opened up his 2009 cross country campaign with a great finish at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational this past weekend. Sinclair moved from 51st at the 3 kilometre mark to 13th at the finish, passing 38 runners over the last 5 kilometres. Matt recorded a time of 25:36 for the 8 kilometre event and led the Lancers to a strong 3rd place team finish.
