Windsor Lancers

Shaelyn had an exceptional weekend at the York Open in Toronto, capturing two medals in the women’s weight throw and shot put. The fifth year thrower broke the York Open meet record and set a new Lancer school record in the weight throw with a heave of 17.64m. She claimed the gold medal, and is now currently ranked #3 in Canada in the event.
 
The Kinesiology major also took home silver in the women’s shot put with a throw of 13.99m. She is currently ranked second overall in the CIS in the shot put.
