Nick was named a CIS second team all-Canadian this past weekend by virtue of his 9th place finish at the national championships. As the first Lancer to cross the finish line, Nick led the No. 3 ranked Lancers to a four-point upset over the Laval Rouge et Or to capture the overall silver medal. As a result of his strong performance, Nick also qualifies for the pool of athletes that will represent Canada at the FISU Cross Country Championships in Uganda in March 2014.
