Spencer had an outstanding weekend for the Blue & Gold registering 7 points in two games. In Friday’s win 5-4 win over Lakehead, the Grande Prairie AB native scored his OUA career hat trick that included the game winning goal with just 5 seconds remaining in regulation. On Saturday, Spencer had a four point night. With the Lancers down by two in the third period, Pommells assisted on the pair of goals that tied the game to send it into overtime, and then scored his second game winning goal of the weekend in the OT to give Windsor the win. He now leads the league in points (19), in goals (9), and is tied for second in assists with 10. The No. 7 Lancers with a 7-0-0 record, and are the only undefeated team in the CIS.
