Fifth year runner Paul Janikowski had an outstanding race this past weekend at the OUA cross country championships. Janikowski finished the 10km course in a time of 30:44.3 to place second overall and be named an OUA first team all-star, en route to helping the Lancer men's team capture the overall silver medal
