Stefanie Smith had ANOTHER record breaking weekend this week at the McGill Team Challenge. For the third week in a row, the London, Ontario native set a new (and different) Lancer record. After setting a new standard in the women's 3000m two weeks ago and the mile last week, Smith did it again in the women's 1500m with a gold medal winning time of 4:23.50. This also set a new meet standard at the McGill Team Challenge. She also captured a second gold medal in the women's 3000m with a time of 9:30.50.
