Carly Steer has been the Lancers most consistent player to open the 2016-17. The third year guard came off the bench to lead the Blue & Gold in both of their dominating wins last week. In their home opener vs Guelph, Steer finished with 18 points and 2 steals, while contributing 16 points and 2 steals on Sunday against Lakehead.
