Fifth-year runner Corey Bellemore took home three medals — including the sole Lancer gold — from the U Sports track and field championships in Edmonton on the weekend.
Bellemore earned top honours in the men’s 1000m race, took bronze in the 1500m, and anchored Windsor’s silver-medal 4x800m relay team alongside teammates Taylor MacArthur, Joe Kagumba and Nick MacMackin. His performance helped to propel the Blue & Gold to a silver medal in the men’s team standings.
