Windsor Lancers

Sarah had a great showing at the provincial championships contributing 20 points to the Lancers overall team total & helping the Lancers bring home a team silver. In the women's shot put, Sarah placed first overall with a throw of 16.82m, and then followed that up the next day with a gold medal performance in the weight throw with a toss of 16.47m.
