In 2014-15, Oliver led the Lancers to a 15-5 record and another OUA West Division title. In the playoffs, the Lancers earned their third straight trip to the OUA Final Four and advanced all the way to the OUA Gold medal game. The Lancers also clinched another berth in the CIS national championship tournament as the #2 overall seed.Â
In 2013-14, his Lancer squad finished with a 16-6 record in OUA Western Conference play and were ranked No. 7 in Canada to end the season. Windsor returned to the OUA Wilson Cup Final Four in Toronto for the second straight year.
In 2012-13, his squad captured another OUA West regular season title as they finished with a 16-5 record and the No. 5 ranking in Canada. The Lancers also made a return trip to the OUA Wilson Cup Final Four held in Toronto.
In 2011-12, Oliver's Lancers earned a 15-7 regular season record and returned to the OUA West Semi-Finals for the second straight year. He led his team to a solid 16-6 record in 2010-11 as they finished in second place in the OUA West division and were ranked in the CIS Top Ten the entire season.
In 2009-10, Coach Oliver's squad finished with an impressive 17-5 record as they captured the OUA West regular season and playoff championship. Despite adding seven new players to the line-up, the Lancers were ranked in the top ten in Canada throughout the entire season and they earned a berth at the CIS National Championships in Ottawa.

Oliver's squad had a tremendous season in 2006-07 as they captured the OUA Provincial Championship title and qualified for the CIS National Championship tournament in Halifax. That year, he led the Lancers to a 16-6 record and the OUA West Division title. In the playoffs, Oliver's Lancers knocked off Guelph, McMaster and defending national champions, the Carleton Ravens to capture the Wilson Cup.
