Adam Wagner is the head coach of the Windsor Lancers varsity golf program.
A native of London, Ontario, Coach Wagner is currently the Director of Golf Operations at Ambassador Golf Club.
In 2019, Adam led the Lancer women's program to their first ever OUA championship and coached Alyssa Getty to the women's individual gold medal. He also captured the Windsor Lancers Gino Fracas award as coach of the year for the second consecutive year.
Adam started his career in the golf business as an assistant professional at Essex Golf & Country Club in LaSalle where he spent two seasons. Following that he was named the associate professional at Bigwin Island Golf Club in Muskoka where he also worked for two years.
After four seasons out west at Silver Springs Golf and Country Club, he returned back to Windsor to take over as the associate professional at Beach Grove Golf & Country Club where he spent two seasons.
He has completed all stages of the CPGA Apprenticeship program including teaching and coaching certification and is a Class “A” member of the PGA of Canada.
Adam was also nominated by his peers for the PGA of Ontario Professional Development of the year award in 2012 and is currently a member of the PGA of Canada National Evaluation team.
