#2 Lancers remain undefeated with overtime win over Ryerson

The No. 2 ranked Lancer Women's Basketball team remain undefeated as they head into the holiday break following an 80-70 overtime win over the Ryerson Rams on Saturday night in Toronto.
 
The Rams played Windsor tight all game and at one point, the Lancers found themselves down by one with less than one minute to play. 

After tying the game and sending it into the extra frame, Windsor dominated the Rams offensively and defensively to come away with the win.
 
Windsor outshot the Rams from the floor 47% to 32%. They also outrebounded Ryerson 36-29.
 
Jessica Clemencon led Lancers offensively with a game high 26 points. Three other Lancers scored in double digits including Shavaun Reaney with 14, Emily Abbott with 11 and Bojana Kovacevic with 10.
 
Windsor will now take a break from OUA action until January 6th when they host the Western Mustangs on “Rivalry Night” at 6pm at the St. Denis Centre.
