Box Score The Windsor Lancers Women's Basketball team rebounded on Saturday night with a convincing 79-46 victory over the Ryerson Rams at the St. Denis Centre.

With the victory, the Lancers move to 3-1 in OUA regular season play. Coming off a disappointing loss to Toronto to night before, Windsor came out with plenty of energy as they overwhelmed the Rams in the opening half.

Windsor got 17 points and 8 rebounds from Jessica Clemencon while Bojana Kovacevic added 15 points and 14 rebounds in the lopsided victory.

On Saturday, the Lancers jumped out to a 22-9 first quarter lead and continued to build momentum throughout the half. They would extend their lead to 30 points in the opening half and led 50-18 at the break.

Still playing with a short bench due to injury and illness, the Lancers showed no ill effects from the previous night's loss as they dominated Ryerson at both ends of the court.

Miah Langlois had a strong showing as well as the second year point guard finished with 16 points and 3 steals. Rookie Korissa Williams also had a good game as she chipped in with 6 points and 8 rebounds.

The Lancers will be back in action at home next weekend when they play host to the Ottawa Gee Gees and Carleton Ravens. Tip-off is set for 6pm on both Friday and Saturday night at the St. Denis Centre.
