The Department of Athletics is set to host Toronto Raptors Night on Saturday, December 3rd as part of the Lancer Basketball doubleheader against the Queen's Gaels at 6pm and 8pm at the St. Denis Centre.

As part of the special evening, the NBA's Raptors will be sending down to Windsor their mobile fan zone for the public to tour through that night.
 
As well, former Toronto Raptors great Jerome "Junkyard Dog" Williams will be on hand with members of the Raptors coaching staff to sign autographs and take pictures.

He'll be joined by Gino Sovran, a member of the original Toronto Huskies team and a 2002 inductee into the Canada Basketball Hall of Fame.

Sovran, who is from Windsor, Ont., signed with the Huskies while taking a break from his engineering studies at Assumption College, now known as the University of Windsor. Sovran is the last living member of the inaugural Toronto Huskies team.
 
In addition, there will also be great Raptors prizes and giveaways that night for the youth in attendance.
