Jessica Clemencon had a game-high 21 points and added eight rebounds, as the Windsor Lancers women's basketball team used a strong second half to defeat the Queen's Gaels 72-64 on Friday night.

Clemencon was 9-of-13 from the field, while
Bojana Kovacevic had a game-high nine rebounds to help the Lancers to victory.
Miah-Marie Langlois,
Tessa Kreiger and
Laura Mullins all added 10 points each in the win for Windsor (7-0), who will remain at the top of the OUA West division heading into the winter break.
Liz Boag garnered a team-high 18 points, and was 4-of-7 from beyond the arc in a losing cause for the Gaels (3-4), who dip under .500 and remain in the middle of the pack in the East division standings. Windsor outrebounded the home side 41-31, but committed 19 turnovers compared to 12 from Queen's.
The Lancers will resume their conference schedule at the St. Denis Centre on January 3, when they take on the Laurier Golden Hawks. Game-time is set for 6:00 p.m.
