The Windsor Lancers Women's Basketball team recently honoured their two graduating seniors Emily Abbott and Iva Peklova as part of Seniors Day at the St. Denis Centre.

Windsor rounded the regular season with a 20-2 record in conference play this season and clinched first place in the OUA West division.

As the two 5th year seniors, both Abbott and Peklova took part in their final regular season game in the Blue and Gold last Saturday when the Lancers hosted the Western Mustangs in the regular season finale.

The pair have been outstanding members of the women's basketball program for the past five seasons and helped lead the Lancers to three straight OUA Provincial championships and their first ever CIS National Championship last March.

Be sure to catch all the playoff action this Saturday night when the Lancers host the Mustangs again at 7pm in the OUA West Semi-Finals at the St. Denis Centre.
