WATERLOO, Ont.- The Windsor Lancers women's volleyball team concluded their season at Waterloo on Sunday afternoon, falling to the Warriors 3-1 (25-19, 23-25, 25-22, 25-23).
Senior
Kaila Seguin notched a game-high 16 points in her final game for the Lancers, while
Shannon Dean and
Brianna Balzer combined for 25 points. Dean recorded 11 kills and an ace, while Balzer added four aces, 3.0 blocks and six kills in the loss for Windsor.
Clara Tse and Roselyn Zhang tallied 13 and 11 kills each in the victory for Waterloo (4-14).
The women began the weekend at Guelph on Saturday, where they lost to the Gryphons 3-1 (16-25, 25-10, 25-15, 25-18). Seguin and Dean led the Lancers with 10 and nine kills respectively. Dean and
Chelsey Drouillard combined for 21 digs in the loss.
The Lancers finish the season with a 3-15 mark, with all three victories coming on the St. Denis Centre court.
