Box Score The No. 1 Lancer women's basketball team cruised to an 85-54 victory over the visiting Brock Badgers on Friday night at the St. Denis Centre.
 
With the win the Lancers remain undefeated on the season with a 6-0 record and continue to lead the OUA. The Badgers fall to 2-4 on the year and are in last place in the OUA central division.
 
Lancer fifth year forward Korissa Williams had a stellar performance with a game high 21 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists, and 5 steals. Emily Prevost came off the bench with 14 points, while Caitlyn Longmuir had 12. Cheyanne Roger pulled in the game's only double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds.
 
Windsor built a 20-9 lead late in the first quarter before the Badgers went on a 11-5 run to close out the quarter 25-20 in favour of the home team. The second quarter was another close battle as the Lancers led 42-32 at the half.
 
The Lancers doubled up on the Badgers in each of the third and fourth quarters to build on their lead and secure the win.
 
Tomorrow night the Lancers will face a tough opponent in the No. 7 ranked McMaster Marauders. Tip-off is set for 6:00pm at the St. Denis Centre and can be seen live on TVCogeco and www.oua.tv. The game will also be broadcast on CJAM 99.1FM Windsor and CFMU 93.3 FM.
