Under the lights at Alumni Field, the Lancer women's soccer team earned a 0-0 draw against the visiting Western Mustangs.
 
The tie gives Windsor a 6-1-5 record on the year, keeping them in third place in the OUA West Division, while the Mustangs stay in second at 7-0-5.
 
Western heavily outshot the Lancers throughout the contest, holding an 8-3 edge.
 
Krystin Lawrence got the start in net for the Blue & Gold and was quite busy between the pipes, turning aside six shots on Friday night. Western's Megan Girardi made one save through the game's 90 minutes.
 
The Lancers now turn their attention to the final two weeks of the season, starting with their final pair of home contests next week against Laurier and Waterloo. Windsor will host the Golden Hawks on Friday night at 6:00pm, and the Warriors on Sunday at 1:00pm when they will honour their graduating seniors.
