The Lancer men's hockey team saw their season come to an end Sunday night following a 6-1 to the Guelph Gryphons.Â
With the win, the Gryphons take the best-of-three series and advance to the next round of the post season.Â
Jake Brown scored the lone goal for the Blue & Gold, while goaltender
Matt Badour made 24 saves in the loss.Â
Guelph scored four goals in the first period, two by Gryphon leading scorer Todd Winder, to take control of the game early on. Gryphons goaltender Andrew Masters was a solid force in net for the hosts making 27 saves to help advance his team to the next round.Â
