The Lancer women's basketball team fell 96-68 to the Western Mustangs on Saturday evening in London, ON.

Maggie Denys had a solid night for the blue and gold, contributing a season high 19 points, while
Mariame Dehkissia and
Reine Ndome each had 14 points.

The Mustangs were led by Sarah Harvey with 19 points, and Ariane Saumure with 10 rebounds.

GAME FLOW
In the first half the Lancers got off to a good start and took an early lead with consistent scoring from Dehkissia and Denys. Tied 19 all heading into the second quarter, the Mustangs stepped it up a notch and inched their way ahead of the Lancers on the scoreboard. Windsor went into the half down 43-35.

In the second half of the game, Windsor made a valiant effort to catch the host team, yet the Mustangs continued to push their way through Windsor traffic and hold their lead. The Lancers were unable to find their rhythm and dropped a 96-68 game.
