GAME FLOW
The Lancers opened the game strong, going point for point with the Mustangs. Tied at 9-9, the Mustangs called a timeout and began to open up their lead over the blue and gold. Windsor did not give up and behind the strong play of Yalia Sealy and Shepherd, the Lancers were able to get themselves back in the back. However, the Mustangs came away with the close set 25-20.
Â
Western came out strong to start both the second and third sets taking an early lead in both that they would ride until the end. Windsor made a huge comeback on the Mustangs midway through the third set, but a Mustang timeout changed the momentum leading to the Western victory.
