The Lancer women's hockey team will be hosting a Spring Prospect Camp May 6th & May 7th at the Capri Pizzeria Recreation Complex.

The camp is open to athletes graduating in 2024 (2006 or 2005 post grad), 2025 (2007) & 2026 (2008).

The main objective of the camp is to introduce prospective athletes to the City of Windsor, the University of Windsor, and the Windsor Lancers. Prospective athletes will get the opportunity to get an inside look at the women's hockey program, while also being able to showcase their ability and skills.

The camp is $125/athlete and includes three hours of on ice, a program review, fitness, campus tours and lunch. A full schedule will be provided to registrants closer to the start of the camp.

The Lancer women's hockey program is currently on track with head coach
Deanna Iwanicka's five-year plan to build a championship program. This past season the Lancer finished in 5th place overall in the OUA, matching the program's record for most wins in a season with 15.

Goaltender
Kristen Swiatoschik was named the league's goaltender of the year while also being named an OUA all-star,
Keana McKibbin was named the OUA rookie of the year, and
Maggie Peterson was also named to the OUA's all-star team.
