The entire UWindsor campus community (students, staff and community) is invited to partake in several free activities at the Toldo Lancer Centre during the week of September 9-15. Tryout week gives attendees the opportunity to test out the many fitness programs, take a dip in the pool or get on the courts and fields to prepare for the upcoming intramural season...all for free!
For this week only, usual fees will be waived for the instructional classes (Karate, Mid Day Release, Lancers Lift, Wing Chun Kung Fu, Yoga, and Gia Fit), while, as a thank you to students LancerFit classes will be open to all students throughout the year.  Attendees must remember to 
register online or through the 
goLancers App to ensure that space is available.
For those who love the water, fit lane, leisure swim and recreational swim times are available each day throughout the week as well as men's and women's only times on Sunday afternoon.  The full pool schedule can be found on the

For students or community members looking to join an intramural sport, you are encouraged to come out during the scheduled activity night and get ready for the season. Monday and Tuesday basketball (co-ed competitive and rec), Wednesday volleyball (women's and men's) and Futsal (indoor), Thursday volleyball (co-ed competitive and rec) and Sunday will be soccer (7v7 outdoor), and flag football. Come out and create or join a team, it is a free night to practise, scrimmage and meet your League Manager.
