Biography
CIS all-Canadian and two-time OUA all-star Lien Phillip led the Lancers in both scoring and rebounding in the regular season. The St. Mark's, Grenada native averaged 14.9 points per game while bringing down an OUA-high 10.6 rebounds per contest, ranking Phillip second in the CIS. The fourth-year forward recorded 10 or more points in 19 of 21 conference matches, including a season-high 23 points in a 79-74 loss to Western on February 13. He also recorded 14 double-doubles on the year, and tallied a season-high 15 rebounds in a 93-73 victory over Laurier on January 3. Phillip garnered a field-goal percentage of 42.8% and averaged a team-high 28.7 minutes per game.
