Windsor Lancers

2022-23: Started 21 games for an average of 32.2 minutes/game. He scored 436 points (3rd in the OUA) with a shooting percentage of 59% (5th in the OUA). Thomas had 283 total rebounds (1st in the OUA) with an average of 13.5 rebounds/game (1st in the OUA). He was also 2nd in the league for blocks with 36. 

Kennedy was named the OUA MVP, an OUA First-Team All-Star, and the USports Player of the Year. He also won the WESPY Award for male basketball athlete of the year. Thomas was awarded the Olympic Shield as the University of Windsor's Male Athlete of the Year as well as the Team MVP at the Blue & Gold Awards Banquet.

2021-22: Played in all 16 games for an average of 33.9 minutes/game. He scored 357 total points (3rd in the OUA) with a shooting percentage of 56% from the field (4th in the OUA). Thomas had 244 total rebounds (1st in the OUA) with an average of 15.3 rebounds/game (1st in the OUA). He was also 7th in the league for blocks with 16. 

Kennedy was awarded the Lancer's Captain's Trophy as well as named an OUA first-team all-star. He was also named the Lancer Team MVP.

2020-21: No season due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20: Played in 22 games, starting 21 for a total of 757 minutes (2nd in the OUA). Averaging 18.6 points on 49.5% shooting, 11.7 rebounds (1st in the OUA), 2.5 assists, 1.7 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game (3rd in the OUA). Kennedy was ranked first for rebounding in the OUA with a total of 258. His best game was on November 8 against Ryerson when he played 38 minutes and had 33 points on 63.6% shooting, 9 rebounds, and 3 steals.

Kennedy was named an OUA third-team all-star and was awarded the Windsor Lancers Super Sophomore Award. 

2018-19: Started all 24 games logging 620 minutes. Averaged 11.5 points on 43% shooting, 8.4 rebounds, 2 assists and 1.5 blocks per game. Named to OUA All-Rookie Team. Drafted 77th overall by the Hamilton Honey Badgers of the Canadian Elite Basketball League. His best game as a Lancer was Jan. 16 vs Waterloo when he double-doubled with 23 points on 50% shooting and 12 rebounds; he also chipped in 2 assists and 2 blocks on the game.

Kennedy was also named the Windsor Lancers male rookie of the year.
