Team Training

Team training bridges the gap between conventional group fitness classes and 1-on-1 personal training.  Team members will receive more focused attention from coaches and will come away with a better understanding of fitness along with some more well-defined results!  Team training programs focus on skill development and allow for a more streamlined progression towards your goals.  We only allow our top trainers to coach these sessions so we can ensure the best outcomes!!

Who is this High-Intensity Strength Program For? 
Strength and Conditioning is for people who have a fitness foundation and want to advance their training. If you have completed Lancer Lift or consistently attend group fitness classes (Bike Bootcamp, HIIT-Style, RE-Charge, or TLC Club Ride) and you're ready for something new, High-Intensity Strength is the program for you.


LANCERS LIFT
Women Only 
A 6-week program dedicated to teaching participants the foundation of compound movements. We will master the basic hip hinge, push, and pull movements before any compound movements are introduced to ensure we perfect our form and technique. This will ensure we get the most efficient muscle contractions to generate force and gain strength.
 
Once a strong foundation has been established, we will transfer our learning to compound exercises. The split will consist of an anterior chain (quads and chest) day and a posterior chain (back and hamstrings) day. By the end of the six weeks, you should feel comfortable walking into the gym squatting, benching, and doing dead lifts with full knowledge of how to properly execute the exercises.
