Jim MacDougall is a familiar face with the Lancer football program. Jim spent some time during the 2011 and 2012 seasons as the Lancers' Defensive Coordinator, and helped guide them to a playoff appearance.
Jim is a long time teacher on the Windsor School Board and is a major figure head when it comes to Strength and Conditioning in the Windsor area.
It is no secret, that since Jim’s arrival back to the program, the Lancers have dominated in testing results at the East/West week. Coach MacDougall trains many elite athletes, one of them being the NFL's Luke Wilson of the Detroit Lions.
