Justin enters his sixth season as an assistant coach and video coordinator for the Lancer Men's Hockey program.

A native of Windsor, Ontario, Coach Solcz has been coaching hockey at various levels in the Windsor and Essex community for the past ten years.

Previously, he served as an assistant coach at St. Clair College with their men's hockey program alongside Coach Hamlin.

Prior to that, he spent two seasons as the head coach of the Sun County Panthers AAA Bantam team.

A graduate of the University of Windsor, he holds a Business and Computer Science Degree.

Currently, Justin works at Valiant Machine and Tool where he serves in the Information Technology department.
