Kyle enters his second season as an assistant coach for the Windsor Lancers Men's Hockey program.

A native of Windsor, Ontario, Kyle is a graduate of the University of Windsor and a former assistant captain of the Lancer Men's Hockey program.

Kyle was a three time Academic all-Canadian while playing five years with the Lancers, and currently sits 32nd overall on the Lancers all-time leading scorer list.

Prior to attending the University of Windsor, Kyle played his junior hockey with the Jr. B Chatham Maroons and was drafted by the OHL’s Windsor Spitfires.

Last season, Kyle coached in the local community as an assistant coach with the Windsor Midget Minor AAA team.

Personally, Kyle is a grade seven teacher at Queen Victoria Public School and is married to former Lancer Women’s Volleyball star Brianne Boyd.
