2020-21: No season due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20: Appeared in 16 matches and 63 sets. Recorded 196 kills (4th in the OUA) for an average of 3.11 per set (9th in the OUA), .264 hitting % (9th in the OUA), 22 service aces (7th in the OUA), 76 digs, 35 total blocks, and 3.8 points per set (8th in the OUA). His best game was on February 2 against Toronto when he had 18 kills, 2 service aces, 6 digs, and 3 blocks.

Pierce was also named OUA West Division Player of the Year, an OUA first-team all-star, U SPORTS first-team all-Canadian, and the Lancer Male Athlete of the Year for the second straight year.

2018-19: Played in 17 matches and 60 sets. Recorded 225 kills on .319 hitting; 18 assists, 24 aces, 94 digs, 34 total blocks and 4.5 points per set. His best game was Oct. 27 at Queen’s when he scored 19 kills on .279 hitting; 1 assist, 3 aces, and 22 points.

Pierce was voted a U SPORTS all-Canadian and received the Olympic Shield as the University of Windsor's male athlete of the year.
           
2017-18: Played in 16 matches and 65 sets. Recorded 228 kills on .239 hitting; 5 assists, 24 aces, 106 digs, 30 total blocks and 4.2 points per set. His best game was Feb. 11 at Western when he scored 24 kills, 6 digs, 2 total blocks and 26 points on the day.

2016-17: Appeared in 54 matches and 17 sets. Recorded 123 kills on .157 hitting %; 8 assists, 14 aces, 55 digs, 20 total blocks and 2.8 points per set. His best game was Jan. 29 vs Brock when he scored 15 kills on .375 hitting; 1 assists, 2 aces, 4 digs, 1 total block and 17.5 points.
