Biography
2020-21: No season due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20: Appeared in 17 games, starting 15 for a total of 407 minutes. Averaging 12.8 points on 38% shooting, 5.6 rebounds, 1.2 steals, and 1.2 assists per game. Her best game was on November 27 against Guelph when she played 24 minutes with 22 points on 60% shooting, 6 rebounds, 1 steal, and 1 assist.
Kayah was also named an OUA second-team all-star for the 2019-20 season.
2018-19: Appeared in 18 games, starting 14 and accumulating 381 minutes. She averaged 11.7 points per game on 43% shooting, 4.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists. Her best game was on Nov. 2 against York; Kayah scored 27 points on 50% shooting and dished out 6 assists. On defense Kayah was remarkable with 6 steals in the game.
2017-18:Â Averaged 4.3 PPG, 3.8 RPG, 0.7 APG, 33.3 FG%, and 66.7 FT%. Kayah's best game of the season came on February 9th against Algoma; 15 points on 4-9 FFG, 3 rebounds and 1 assist in 18 minutes.Â
2016-17: Averaged 11.5 PPG, 5.1 RPG, 1.6 APG, 39.7 FG%, 29.7 3PT%, and 60.0 FT%. Kayah’s best game of the season came on November 11th against Nipissing; 18 points on 9-11 FG, 3 rebounds, and 1 assist in 10 minutes.
She was named the OUA women’s basketball rookie of the year, to the USPORTS all-rookie team, and was named the University of Windsor’s female rookie of the year.
