Elisa began working in the athletic department as a student employee in the spring of 2003, where she spent two years as the marketing and promotions assistant. In August of 2005, she was hired on full-time as the Sports Information Coordinator and Home Event Manager, before transitioning into the role of Varsity Club Coordinator in January 2025.Â

A native of Tecumseh, Elisa has been a member CoSIDA College Division Management Advisory Committee (CDMAC) since 2016, and served as a communications officer for Team Canada at the 2015 FISU Summer Universiade in Gwangju, South Korea.

As the SID, Elisa was responsible for media relations, communications, and statistics for all Lancer programs. In addition, she is the webmaster of goLancers.ca and coordinated all Lancer social media accounts and the operations for all Lancer varsity home events.
She earned her Bachelor's degree from the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor, as well as a diploma in Business Administration - Marketing from St. Clair College. She also holds provincial certifications in Global Marketing and Human Resource Management.Â
