Box Score The Windsor Lancers Men's Hockey team was defeated 5-2 by the Western Mustangs on Wednesday night in game one of their OUA quarter final series in London.
The Lancers will now host game two of their best of three series back in Windsor on Friday night. Puck drop is set for 7pm at Windsor Arena. The game will preceed the Canadian Men's Hockey Olympic Semi-Final game set for 9:30pm later that evening.
Game two will be carried locally on the University of Windsor's official radio station, 99.1FM CJAM.

On Wednesday, the Mustangs struck early in game one as Mustang forward Kyle Lamb scored a power play goal at the 9:05 mark of the first period to take the 1-0 lead.
The Mustangs would add to their lead with less then a minute to go in the period as Jason Furlong recorded a shorthanded goal to give Western a 2-0 lead.
The Lancers would answer back early in the second period as
Jonathan Sciacca scored a power play marker at 3:39 to cut the Mustangs lead to one.
Scott Gillis would tie the game at the midway point of the period when he scored for the Lancers to make it 2-2.
From there, Mustang forward Chris Corbeil would take over as he would record the natural hat trick, including an empty netter late in the third to make the final score 5-2 in favour of Western.
The Mustangs outshot the Lancers 46-36 in the game.
Jim Watt made 41 saves in goal for the Lancers.
Windsor will look to even the series in game two on Friday night at 7pm at Windsor Arena.
