Box Score The Lancer women's volleyball team won their first game of the season with a 3-0 (25-15, 26-24, 25-18) sweep of the host Lakehead Thunderwolves on Saturday afternoon in Thunder Bay, ON.

With the win, the Lancers are now 1-7 on the season, and out of the bottom spot in the OUA.

Windsor took advantage of Lakehead's lack of consistency and passing struggle to earn the win.

Hannah Robson and Kaila Seguin each led the Lancers with 10 points apiece and 5 and 8 kills respectively.

Windsor will look for their second win next Friday when they host the Guelph Gryphons at 6:00pm at the St. Denis Centre.
