Box Score SUDBURY, Ont.- Alex Ratte recorded a game-high 21 points, leading the Laurentian Voyageurs to an 80-72 victory over the Windsor Lancers men's basketball team on Friday evening. The CIS No. 5 ranked Lancers dropped their first contest of the year on Friday, and currently hold a 2-1 record.

Lien Phillip led Windsor with his third straight double-double to start the season. The Grenada native tallied 16 points and 13 rebounds, and was 5-of-17 from the field.
Josh Collins picked up 12 points and five assists in a losing cause for the Lancers, who struggled from the foul line on Friday, converting just 10 out of 25 free throws. Georges Serresse and Manny Pasquale each added 18 and 17 points respectively to help spur the Voyageurs to victory in their home opener.
The Lancers (2-1) will look to rebound on Saturday against the York Lions (2-1), who are coming off a convincing 81-62 victory over the Western Mustangs on Friday night. The game will be available live online at
