The Lancer men's basketball team defeated the Laurentian Voyageurs 78-65 on Friday night on the road.
 
With a 10-5 record, the Lancers are tied for first place in the OUA west division with the Western Mustangs.
 
Windsor had four players hit double digits, including Rotimi Osuntola Jr. with a game high 30 points. Evan Matthews contributed 11 points, while Brad Parker and Alex Campbell each had 10 points.
 
Tychon Carter-Newman had the game's only double-double for the Voyageurs with 17 points and 11 rebounds. Ryan Bennett contributed 15 points and David Aromolaran had 14 points in the losing effort for the home team.
 
The Lancers strong play in the first half led them to a strong first half lead,that held over in the second despite a strong push from the home team.
 
Windsor will now travel to Nipissing to take on the Lakers at 8:00pm on Saturday night. The game can be seen live at www.oua.tv.
