The No. 5 Lancer women's basketball team easily defeated the visiting Waterloo Warriors 92-41 on Wednesday night at the St. Denis Centre.

The win moves the Lancers to 5-0 on the season, while the Warriors fall to .500 with a 2-2 record.

All twelve Lancers saw time on the court against the Warriors and were led by
Caitlyn Longmuir with 17 points and
Carly Steer with 16 points.
Kayah Clarke and
Cheyanne Roger also hit double digits with 14 and 12 points, respectively.

Waterloo was led by guard Kristen Osborne with 11 points.

The Lancers held Waterloo to a maximum of 11 points in each quarter and shot 49.2% from the field compared to their 23.8%. They also out-rebounded the Warriors 48-22.
