GAME FLOW
The Lancers got things going with a
Tyra Blizzard three right off the opening tip and followed that up with another three directly after, en route to an 8-0 run. The women's team was paced by Steer in the first half who scored 13 of the Lancers 31 first half points. Kaylee Anagnostopoulos' impressive eight boards.
Â
In the second half, it would be Prevost whose scoring would pace the Blue & Gold. After a strong first half performance that saw the Montreal native bring down seven rebounds, the senior forward went to work on offense, scoring 10 points in the third quarter and knocking down her two three point shots.
Â
The Lancers also continues their dominance in the paint, bringing down 52 rebounds to Ryerson's 34. All in all, the Rams were ill equipped to deal with the interior force of the Lancers as Windsor won 62-42.
