The Lancer men's hockey team fell 6-3 to the York Lions in game three of the Western Conference finals Saturday night in Toronto.
 
Despite the loss, the Lancers' season is still not over as they have another opportunity to punch their ticket to the U SPORTS national championships. They will face the McGill Redman next Friday March 10th, in the OUA bronze medal game with the winner advancing to nationals in Fredericton.
 
Kyle Hope (2), and Todd Ratchford scored for the Lancers, while goaltenders Blake Richard and Paolo Battisti shared the goaltending duties for Windsor making 17 and 12 saves, respectively.
 
The Lancers will travel to McGill on Friday March 10th to battle for the OUA bronze medal and the final spot at the national championships. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:00pm and can be seen live on www.oua.tv.
