After going on a three-game win streak on their own court, the Windsor Lancers women's volleyball team were unable to continue their streak on the road. Following four tight sets, the Lancers fell 3-1 (27-25, 16-25, 19-25, 24-26) to the Western Mustangs.

The Lancers are currently tied with the Guelph Gryphons for fifth place in the OUA West, while the Mustangs occupy the third position.

Paige Phills led the Lancers with 12 kills, while Kelsey Veltman led the game with 23 kills for the Mustangs.

Brooke Davis set up her teammates with 41 assists, and on the other side of the court Jessica Lam set her team up with 49 assists.

On Saturday, February 16, the Lancers head to North Bay to take on the Nipissing Lakers. The game kicks off at 12:00pm.
