GAME FLOW
In the first set, the blue and gold maintained a steady performance early on and never seemed to let go of it as the Paladins struggled to produce offence to challenge the Lancers defensively. The Lancers managed to maintain consistent play and took the first set with all the momentum.
Â
The second set was very similar to the first one as the Lancers confidence continued to grow getting into their mojo early on and maintaining control of the momentum and the result ended up being similar to the first. Windsor mixed lineup performed exceptionally well keeping an iron fist on the Paladins with strong consistent play.Â
Â
Meanwhile in the third set, the Paladins came out with more juice keeping it close throughout the set not wanting to be swept by the Lancers on the road. They managed to challenge the Lancers to the end but ultimately the hosts were too much to handle for the Paladins as they decided to step up their play late in the set to go home early after this one.Â
