GAMEFLOW
Down 28-0 to start the second half, the Lancers were able to force a fumble that would hopefully change their fortune in the game. After having to punt the ball, the Windsor defense was again able to force a fumble due to a great play by Beatty. The fumble was scooped up by first year Lancer
Istvan Assibo-Dadzie and the Lancer special team's unit scored a rouge to cap off the drive.
Â
The fourth quarter started with a huge opportunity for the blue and gold after great special teams' coverage led to a muffed punt that was recovered by the Lancers deep in Mustang territory. Windsor would come away from this drive with a field goal that split the uprights. Although being down by a large margin, the Lancers continued to play hard, showing the character and culture of this Lancer team.
